Under the “Users & Subscription” area on the side bar under “Setup” there is an add user button.
Under the “Users & Subscription” area on the side bar under “Setup”, select a user and click the “Delete” button.
Under the “Users & Subscription” area, click the “Upgrade Plan” button and select the new plan that you wish to use and confirm.
Under the “User & Subscription” area, click the cancel subscription button. You subscription will be cancelled at the end of day. Please refer to our refund policy.
Under the “User & Subscription” area, select a user and click the “Reset Password” button and enter the new password.
At the logon screen there is a ‘Forgot Password’ link. Select this and you will be asked to enter your email address. A token will be emailed to you allowing you to reset you password.
Under the “User & Subscription” area, select the user who has been locked out and click the “Reset Failed Log Ons” button next to the Failed Log Ons.

The Administrator has access to all the features of Apunga and also has control of assigning roles to other users, adding and removing users and changing the plan used.
The manager has access to all the features of Apunga but does not have access to the user and subscription area.
The Staff Member does not have access to any of the management area of the system.
